In this opening workshop, we’ll dive into the world of colors and their significance in therapeutic art. You will explore the emotional connections to different colors and how they can express themselves through color choices. Through guided exercises and discussions, we’ll lay the foundation for a week of creative exploration.

This session focuses on using painting as a tool for stress relief and relaxation. You will learn various painting techniques and how to use them to channel your emotions onto canvas. Through mindful painting exercises, we’ll aim to alleviate stress and promote a sense of calm.
