Mindful Meal Planning Mastery

Meal Planning should not have to be stressful. If planned correctly you can easily have home cooked meals on your table every single day of the week. So, let Registered Dietitian, Alka, make meal planning as easy as 1, 2, 3 for you! This interactive 3-week online series will teach you the 3 stages of meal planning – planning, shopping and prepping – making this apparently difficult & cumbersome process doable! Join this 3-week series and learn the simple strategies you can put into place to prepare for planning, shopping and prepping fast and healthy meals. No matter what is going on in your life, it is completely possible to eat home cooked meals without stressing over it.

DATES & DETAILS:

Friday March 5th 3:00PM-4:30PM EST: Part 1 – Planning Your Week

Participants will learn how to plan their meals for the week in such a way that 1 meal can be repurposed into 2 types of dishes so you can have variety with simplicity.

Friday March 12th 3:00PM-4:30PM EST: Part 2 – Let’s Go Shopping

Now that we know what we are cooking let’s go grocery shopping! Participants will learn how to navigate the isles and how to make sense of nutrition labels.

Friday March 19th 3:00PM-4:30PM EST: Part 3 – Prepping with Grocery Shopping Done

Participants will learn how to pre-prep for the week so you have healthy meals on the table every single day and not have to spend the entire day in the kitchen.

How to make body butter at home

With all the constant hand-washing, everyone’s hands could use some relief. Join us for this 1.5 hour online session to learn How to Make Body Butter.

This is an informative, fun, hands-on workshop that will balance between theory and creating. Participants will gain the skills and knowledge to be able to make their own body butters.

We will use home-based beneficial ingredients and let your inner scientist emerge as you create delicious products to enjoy yourself or give as gifts. We will whip up a rich hydrating body butter. You’ll never want to use commercially made creams again once you’ve tried making and using your own. Participants will also experience a discussion on making solid lotion bars.

FREE Introduction to “Eating without Rules”

This 1 hour online session will introduce you to the Premium Eating Without Rules (4 Parts) series.

The Premium Eat Without Rules (4 Parts) series is a mindful eating program that has been designed to teach you to:

  • Recognize & understand factors that can influence eating behaviours
  • Become aware of your triggers & any emerging patterns that cause you to eat mindlessly
  • Unlearn risky behaviours & learn desirable behaviours
  • Create a positive self to self relationship
  • Learn, apply & share your success strategies
  • Learn how to come back on track when you fall off (falling off is a normal human behaviour)
  • Set achievable goals & set yourself up for success
  • Equip yourself with strategies for next steps to continue leading a mindful way of eating.
